Flexible working arrangements/work from home. Reasonable amounts of work.
Best working environment, people who are empathetic towards you, and work-life balance. I don't feel burdened.
I get to build really good relationships with my peers and they are always eager to assist in showing new techniques.
Career progression: TMR could provide a structured career path with opportunities for advancement in the field of digital technologies.
It is a great place with various ethnicities and religions and everyone seems to be getting along very well.

Since it is government, there are a lot of approvals required to do your tasks
Not all supervisors are competent/skilled at teaching and mentoring.
Red tape, approval time, and fear/slow pace of adopting new technology and techniques.
The worst would be that sometimes there isn't too much work to do, so some days can be slow.
TMR can sometimes be subject to bureaucratic processes that can make change slow and decision-making complex.
