Career Prospects at RAA

There are so many opportunities to progress in this company within the marketing department. Everyone wants you to succussed and progress into your carer. Within this team there is always opportunity to move around and up in the ranks.

There are plenty of opportunities for progression at RAA. With the Graduate Program itself, we are guaranteed a role within the Marketing department upon completion. As well as this, RAA seems committed to filling roles internally and prioritises giving staff members opportunities to try covers in different teams, which brings new career opportunities and learning experiences.

Unclear on career progression in the company, this hasn't fully been communicated to us

At the end of the graduate program, you will be offered a position in a team that has capacity to take you on. So there is definitely career progression opportunities and by getting exposure to different teams during the program at the end of it, you should have a good idea of what team you would like to join.

Possibility, but not huge as there are limited spots

After the end of the graduation program, we receive a job opportunity based on our preferences.

RAA has given me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people in my field and grow my network. I believe there is potential for growth within this company.

I don't have a great understanding of this. I know plenty of people who started as grads or interns and have now progressed into management positions. Executive leadership tends to be external hires.

There are lots of opportunities for progression. To be promoted you need to gain experience in your area and upskill with training courses etc. You need to show you align with company values and are committed

The company's website, and speaking with staff of RAA has given me insight on promotion or internal opportunities.

Experience, knowledge in the field, good personal relations (eg. communication) and aligning with RAA's values of inclusion, etc...

Career wise I think there's great opportunity to learn and grow your skillset. Rotating through different teams means you get to try a range of different potential career paths and have great exposure. Promotion wise, there isn't as much opportunity as potentially international companies.

The graduates are given a permanent role on the completion of their program depending on their likings, skillset and the business needs. I have seen people progress in their roles quickly. Hard work is definitely recognised and rewarded here.
