What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay is great for my position and the perks are great. i am about to start paying my way through a lot of different life aspects so having the perks of getting discounts on insurance

For an entry-level position, the pay is good. As this is my second graduate program, I can confidently say the pay and remuneration is substantially better than my previous salary at a Big 4 company. My only comment on the pay at RAA is there is little information out there on what we can expect to earn as we progress to other roles, but at the same time, I haven't asked the question either. Overall, highly satisfied.

Given that it is essentially an entry-level role, the pay is not the worst. The bonuses are pretty standard.

I do believe that our graduate program salary is quite low considering our backgrounds and the role we are playing in the company. Especially when comparing our salaries to those doing the same line of work at other companies, it is notably low.

I get paid too much?
Intern, Adelaide - 12 Feb 2024
I think the pay is good for a graduate program. Comparable to the market. We got a pay rise at EOFY, and an EOFY bonus equivalent to 80% of a week's pay.

The pay is similar to that of other graduate programs and as a current graduate it seems fair. Although, it could be better considering the economy currently, but this applies to most graduate roles across companies. I have only received a small bonus so far (around 7 months in the company), which is more than fair for the role.

Compared to other businesses its on the lower end but we did receive a pay rise recently which was good.

Without asking for it, automatically getting the RAA membership. I have not done an extensive research on the perks as I'm sure there's plenty but I've only used ones like servicing for my car, heavily discounted movie tickets. From my chats with staff, the adoption of hybrid work where they're flexible with people working from home and/or onsite. I was given the same flexibility as well.
