Very Very good training in the marketing team, in my second week i had already presented a competitor analysis which allowed me to get advice straight of the bat of presenting in a corporate setting. The campus to corporate training and events is also really good, allows the grad cohort to get together and learn about each other and all the different elements in the business.

RAA has a lot of great training opportunities for Graduates, running a number of 'Campus-to-corporate' sessions throughout the Graduate program. As a graduate who has already completed another Graduate program at another company, there is a lot more training and learning support in this regard. Within our rotations, learning and training is facilitated by managers and team members.

RAA has a lunch and learn session for the interns. Which included personal branding, Myers–Briggs Type Indicator, presentation skills and heaps of others that would serve me professionally not just in RAA but for my future life/career. Other types of training include cultural awareness training.

I've learnt about RAA and different areas of business but through this, I've gained experience in Excel & campaign monitor. Personal attributes, I've learnt how to trust myself and have confidence in my abilities. Through weekly lunch and learns, I've learnt about my emotional intelligence, presentation skills, MBTI and personal resilience in addition to more. Informally through mentors, I've learnt different processes to success.

The graduate program is full of training. We get to do a range of 'campus to corporate' workshops aimed at building our confidence, strengthening our presentation skills, understanding emotional intelligence, cultural awareness. More technical, we've had on the job training for software: Tableau, KNIME, SQL. We started with an easy introduction and I have learnt mostly from getting stuck into it and troubleshooting as I work on projects.
Graduate, Adelaide - 20 Oct 2023
As part of the graduate program, we have received training on resilience, personal brand, connecting through change, sleep and a number of other personal development topics. We also attended cultural awareness training, that focused on different aspects and customs of Indigenous Australian's culture. Through my rotations I have been taught Tableau, KNIME, Q, Qualtrics and SQL and have been taught a lot about how to visualise data effectively.

Campus to corporate aspects were really good, however formal cyber training was occasionally lacking in certain areas.
Graduate, Adelaide - 04 Oct 2023
The training has been great. In terms of technical skills, we were taught whatever we didn't know like KNIME and Tableau. The managers are happy to adapt to whatever your learning style is and provide resources accordingly. The graduate program also involves a number of personal development workshops and activities to ensure overall growth in both professional and personal life. The graduates and interns are paired with a senior employee as a mentor.
