RAA has great flexible working arrangements in terms of location and hours, which has been helpful in identifying the ways we work best individually and as a team. As I have to commute rurally occasionally, RAA has been great in allowing me to start earlier and finish earlier, or vice versa. I know many others share this sentiment too.

Overtime is not expected, in fact we are encouraged to leave on time. The hours are the standard 8 hours in the office, including lunch.

Work is extremely flexible, you can choose suitable hours and if you have appointments you can work around them. They also give you the option to work from home which is great.

Each team has a set workday where everyone comes in, the rest of the week is up to you with a maximum of 3 days at home. I do 2 at home and 3 in the office.

RAA is very flexible on working hours. An average of 38 hours per week is expected however these can be completed in a combination of office and WFH days - whatever works best for the individual. RAA is also flexible for family commitments and appointments during the working day as long as the required work is completed.

Work hours are flexible and we have opportunity to work from home

They're very flexible when it comes to work hours. I have the option to work from home if I wanted to and they're not strict on any given start or end times. My manager gave me the freedom and trust to come in and leave as needed or even half day from home and then half onsite if I choose to. If I had something to take care of at home and leave early/arrive later, no issues at all when that happened.

The set hours for interns is 38 but that is not stuck to, as long as we are completing our task. For an example, I've kept up to work and I told my manager I want to pop out middle of the day to go to SACE ceremony than come back. She was more than willing to let me know, even said, 'you don't have to come back, go out for lunch with your family.' I generally, come in at 8/8:30 and leave at 4/4:30 but maybe once a week, I'll have to leave at 3/3:30 but that is more than ok.

Very flexible. I am able to work around appointments, and work extra one day to leave earlier the next

The company is very flexible, there are managers who will start at 10am and finish later and plenty of people who start and finish early. On top of that, its very easy to take time out of your day if you have an appointment, you can either take leave or make up the hours you missed at some point in the same week.

There are a set number of hours I need to work, however if I have appointments and other things the company is quite flexible.

My department is very flexible in terms of work hours. Can start and finish whenever as long as I do full time hours in the week. Normally its 2 days from home but can work additional days as long as it suits the work.
