Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
You can expect to bump in colleagues and managers from all over the world, male and female equally. This is a super strong point in this company.

the company has actively worked toward gender balance. We have been increasing female population in the company in the last couple years and giving female employees more opportunities to progress. The maternity leave has been increased significantly.

From our MD in Australia to my coworker from everywhere, I feel the company is putting a lot of effort to make people comfortable to be who they are.

The company wants to see more women on the field, so they should do some improvements at the rig/camps. Like ... female bathrooms.

The company continuously promotes diversity and inclusion. In some locations unfortunately, there is discrimination towards females, but I believe this will change globally one day.

Seems fine to me. Just recruit who's best for the job, that's the only thing that should matter.

This is one of the most diverse companies I've ever seen. It's been focused on women, ethnic minorities and LGBTQ+ diversity for many years, and now focusing on inclusion beyond that. Retention objectives are cascaded to all management levels, and there is a yearly bottom-to-top evaluation done by a third party that evaluates the needed actions to maintain employee engagement and mental health safety. I've never experienced maternity leave/child care. But study leaves for up to 2 years are possible.

The women at slb are well respected, as well as those from ethnic minorities and LGBTQ society. Being of an ethnic minority, I'm treated with utmost respect as a professional and so are those who are from other ethnic backgrounds. People are respected across the company

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Community career fairs focusing on local talent.

The system is structured so that once you enter, everyone is given the needed conditions to progress. The company focuses on equity rather than equality, which is amazing.

Allowing those to apply for positions, having fair days to encourage those to be part of such a great global technology company. Attending schools and visits to universities helps all apply.
