Monotonous.

I'm working as an engineer on different rigs. Work includes prepare equipment, operate equipment to successfully drill the wells and obtain data for clients.

I am freely managing my time to deliver my job. My main responsibilities are to maintain and deploy employees to jobs, to ensure all operations can be delivered safely and on time.

I am coordinating field personnel work schedule, ensuring they are happily working for company as well as no fatique on them.

I handle the administration tasks for recruitment of experienced professionals which also covers contractors. I arrange interviews, liase with recruitment companies, managers, managing the onboarding process

Most of the work is quite straight forward, and I feel I have freedom to make decisions on things that matter

As a Field Engineer Trainee in cementing, I assist with job preparation, monitor operations on the rig, collect and analyze data, ensure safety compliance, and participate in post-job evaluations

I am Field Specialist. I am responsible for: Rig up, install/calibrate the sensors, run sensor cables; Setup the computers; Setup the Job that evolves setup Maxwell, setup FDP, setup InterACT, setup/learn Pason; Check/keep inventory of the tools, unit and spare equipment; Tool preparation that evolves take tools measurements and test; Interact with the Client to setup reports/logs deliver; Prepare and get approval of the Frames, programming, shallow hole test, RT data setup from OSC; Make up and lay down BHA; Logging/Monitor/Mitigate while drilling; Do survey check; Do re-run checks; Make sure standards and procedures are being followed; Dump the tools, download Recorded Mode data and generate RM Logs; Send Real Time Log vs Recorded Mode Logs to OSC to QC and approval; Send Dump files/Re-run check, DLIS, Final Logs to SLB town for QC and approval; Do archiving on Job folder, Teams folder and Network folder; Prepare all backload documents; Rig down, disconnect all sensor cables, pack all equipment securely inside the unit and in the mini container to transport.

I work as a trainee mud logger and most of the times is catching samples and packing samples. Monitoring of drilling parameters is part of my job but is not like a daily task for me.

Every job is a bit different (we run different services) so, operations are quite dynamic.

I am a field engineer that is required to execute field operations and troubleshoot problems when they arise.

It's easy to be a MWD engineer trainee, but not easy to be a good MWD engineer. While working in the rig, we have to ensure tools is prepared and the signal is good while the well projection going on. Besides, communication is crucial so we can satisfy clients' needs.

There is a good deal of responsibility delegated to graduates and the work is meaningful. At my location there is a healthy ratio of field-office work and get to see a project through all phases design-close.

I am a field engineer. When I am at the base/office, I work on job designs, tickets and other paperwork. When I am in the field, I help with rig ups and rig downs, I communicate with the client during preparation and execution of the job, and I also prepare post job reports.

No responsibilities as I am in pre-school. I've been able to attend jobs which has helped me learn.
