Sadly the office itself is not very diverse at the moment on the trading floor. Also paternity leave policy is probably well below industry average.

There is a clear effort to promote and foster diversity for example through the woman's discovery day events. Retention in general at SIG seems high.

Generally a very meritocratic workplace, the best idea will win irrespective of someone's background. Further, I think the company as a whole is cogniscent of the flaws in encouraging groupthink and so diversity in opinion is extremely valued - which comes with a seeking a diverse group of people and backgrounds on the trading floor. Programs such as Woman's Discovery Day have been designed to attract diverse hires and give exposure to those who maybe would not have considered a career in trading.

Our company supports a lot of "Women in Tech" events. We have colleagues from different countries/cultural backgrounds as well.

My team is very diverse from a nationality perspective. The majority of my team are from overseas (UK, India, US, South Africa, Ireland, etc). However, there is a lack of gender diversity. In saying that, Susquehanna is trying to rectify this with specific recruitment efforts focused on encouraging women to apply.
