What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
It's pretty good for a role straight out of uni - that's no secret.
Graduate, Sydney - 26 Aug 2024
In general, good and competitive. Management does try their best to make compensation conversations transparent, but it would be helpful to get told what trajectory you are on more often during the course of the year.

The pay at Susquehanna is extremely competitive and is heavily weighted towards your salary rather than your bonus. This is a welcomed deviation from other trading firms as it improves morale and eliminates unhealthy competitiveness within the firm.
