The work at Sovereign is fairly diverse and interesting. There is plenty of opportunity to follow the pathway you are most interested in and the managers care about your interests and will try and give you work you want. There are ups and downs in workloads as expected and it can sometimes be overwhelming if you have not worked in accounting before although it just takes some adjustment.
