The managers are very accessible and approachable and make time to ensure staff improve from the feedback they give.
We have regular check-ins with managers to assess our performance and performance reviews with the managers for pay rises and promotions.
The office is in an excellent location... open office with a great view of the city/harbor.
During busy times there may be a high workload, which is generally expected in the industry.
As a small business, the graduate program will also not be as structured as a larger firm and you will not be starting your job with a cohort of grads at the same time.
It can get quite busy at Sovereign Private with tight deadlines, which can make the office quite stressful.
Most people work from the office 5 days a week.
