Graduate program is based around learning fundamentals to become an Assistant Project Manager. In summary, the entire year is based on undertaking activities to build competencies and is 100% progression focused.
When I first started, there were more women than men in the office. this has changed with the acquisition of another company but gender balance is something that the company strives for.
Lovely office and great location. Dress code: men wear shirts and suit jackets (most commonly without a tie), women wear dresses, skirts or pants that are appropriate for client facing work
Interview process consisted of a phone interview, online assessment, group interview and an individual interview. It showed TSA was thorough in their selection process for the graduate programme.
