Salary at White & Case

Pay is market standard. Bonuses are typical (includes tech allowance, wellbeing allowance).

The starting salary is top of the range and very reasonable. Bonuses available to admitted lawyers after the Graduate Program.

Bonuses should be available. People should be compensated for experience brought to the role, not just in line with others.

Overseas rotations are amazing in themselves, but while you're overseas they will pay your rent, travel costs, give you a living stipend, and even pay up to $1,000 for language lessons

Relocation leave, study leave and other leaves (e.g. bereavement) are available. Taxi / dinner paid if staying past 8pm.

A guaranteed overseas seat in another APAC office for six months, as a part of the graduate program.

Ubers and dinner when working late - but often timing does not work well. Wellness voucher of $600 annually, but this does not go far to cover cost of gym membership these days.
