Rewarding and challenging work means I'm learning every day, and the seniors have been happy to help at every turn

I really enjoy the international aspect and being able to work with people globally.
The culture! People here are extremely friendly and willing to teach.
Lots of opportunity to take on real responsibility and speak directly with clients, from the very beginning.
Truly international law firm means that you may have to work outside normal hours, especially if you're working on projects with teams in Europe or the USA.
The hours can be long - especially on overseas deals.
There is minimal after hours interaction, perhaps both due to it being a smaller office in Sydney and due to the workload.
Bureaucracy
Can also be tough to organise outside activities, because everybody is on different schedules
