Interview Process will be in key points: Potential staff candidates, Evaluate applications, Organise interviews, Interviewing Candidates. once the company receives all applications it create a matrix rating system. they will assess each candidate on a scale of 1 to 5 for each role requirement. once the candidates are shortlisted they will organise interviews. the process is very easy once they finalized the candidate they will book a medical appointment and you will be hired.
Firstly was involved in a group interview/ information session, where there was some activities by the end of the session. Found this process really good and eases the pressure on the individuals more than one on one interview.

The interview process was easy and not intimidating, the interviewers listened to what I had to say and were very supported.

Was called to have a interview and was asked in the interview if i would like to accept the job. Was a very quick and easy process
5 minute phone interview followed by group interview
Group interview/open day initially, then a secondary interview with the construction manage rand regional manager. Easy process overall.
I had an interview with HR and then a second interview with HR and the Area Manager and Construction Manager
Was very good, welcoming friendly and inviting
What questions were you asked in your interviews?
My interview has happened for one hour if i remember correctly the most important questions they have asked me is : Tell me about yourself, wat are your career goals, what is your role in your previous company, what attracted you to our company etc.
At the end of the interview/ information sessions we were given few different scenarios related to the job and asked us how we would react/ response.

My career aspirations, what kind of subjects I have been liking at university, my knowledge of the company, questions of my work ethic and passions outside of work and school.

If you ask me a best tip and advice for all candidates applying to our company is always keep your answers brief and to the point and if you faced with a difficult question which you don't know make sure you stay calm and take a moment to think about your response.
be confident, and always be outgoing and don't hesitate to share your thoughts .
Understand what the companies values are and research the different parts of the Winslow Group. Understand what your strengths are and make sure you can sell yourself as an employee the company will value that aligns with the values of the company.
Try to get in as an undergraduate on casual basis, Its good to learn and work at the same time which means you get to learn by books as well as on field experience.
Prior to interview, read up and learn about Winslow and what the company is about.
