Recruitment are not exclusive to locals only, gender diversity company-wide is very promising, ample support for LGBTIQA+ community, maternity leave is also provided and cared for.

Seems good. They have wellbeing rooms for breast-feeding mothers, opportunities for children to come in to the building while their parents are working and seem to put effort into acknowledging minorities.

Diversity seems to be a very strongly held value within Xero. I personally haven't seen any counterexamples to this.

I have attended multiple presentations on inclusion, diversity, accessibility and neurodivergence. I think Xero does a good job of promoting and demonstrating diversity in the workplace. I am aware that some women attempted to enquire about egg freezing however were told it's not currently an option which is a shame to hear.

I meet many different kinds of people at Xero. Xero's tech division is still largely comprised of dudes from what I can see, but it's not all white dudes, and I've met plenty of people of other genders. I've met several queer people, and talking about my queer identity in the office doesn't feel abnormally uncomfortable
