What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The graduate pay is fair and middle of the road for the role, bonuses are awarded however I haven't yet experienced this as they're typically at the end of the year.
Graduate, Sydney - 13 Sep 2024
I recently got a pay rise and am happy for a grad in consulting but I did have to ask outside of pay reviews for a raise. I know others are not happy though.
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Sep 2024
Pay seems to be below average. I understand that it is likely because of the current financial market, and success of the team but it feels a fair bit below what I would expect at this level
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Sep 2024
Somewhat competitive amongst other firms. I enjoy the bonuses as it shows that Northrop appreciates your contribution.

As mentioned, I did not receive a performance review at the end of my first year. I hope to obtain one at the end of my second year regardless of the outcome. I hope the company can reflect the skills that I've obtained over the years and compare to industry standard.
