Everyone is really busy so sometimes you do not get enough time with mentors, training or jobs.
Some ongoing changes/improvements to company processes means we have to learn the old system as well as ongoing learning of the new system. Not that bad, just extra steps learning the workflow.

Hiring process was very smooth and quick compared to other places. HR organized everything well and is prompt to answering questions. In the interview, you are asked some situational and technical questions. The interviewers were very friendly and made me less nervous during the process.
There are good opportunities to train and learns skills, both on the job and in more formal settings. the company is good at providing training for skills that you want to improve in.
