Upon completion of the two-year graduate program, participants transition into a regular position. Progression thereafter depends on individual performance. Graduates will start at one of three pay levels: "Developing," "Competent," or "Seasoned." These levels reflect their development within the role and provide opportunities for advancement. Additionally, after two years in their initial role, individuals can apply for secondments in different areas of the business to gain broader experience and exposure.

In niche technical roles, promotions are very difficult if not non-existent as there are a lot of people that get, say, a specialist role, and sit in it for the rest of their life. This is very obvious from what colleagues have said. Operations roles are much more plausible career progression wise.

Moving out of the grad program is dependent on you as a person, be proactive and network as much as possible.
