There are more possibilities for pathways than you can imagine… every semester you get to explore a different part of the business.
Every leader I've been assigned to has displayed that they want me to succeed as an individual.
The graduate program spans two years, during which you'll receive the training needed to perform your future role effectively.
The cultures instilled into the employees are Care, Courage, and Curiosity… we are cared for as individuals and our well-being is looked after.
Competitive pay and bonuses for this stage in my career… 4.5-9 months of parental leave and free private health insurance.
Some of the onboarding experience can be arduous, particularly for those unfamiliar with the processes involved.
Like all large companies, Rio Tinto is not exempt from internal politics.
Due to the size, communication can sometimes be an issue, and it’s easy to get lost in the crowd.
Perth office culture can be dull compared to the on-site culture.
On-site hours are long, with the usual 12-hour shifts.
