  • Everyone is helpful and supportive. Very encouraging and wanting to help you succeed within your career.
  • There is a great work/life balance. It is obviously dependant on the team you are placed in, but overall it appears senior management appreciate their staff and work hard to ensure everyone remains happy.
  • I am given the opportunity to get involved in a variety of work.
  • Sparkes also helps foster relationships within the cohort of graduates across the country which is great for both networking and developing valuable friendships.
  • The people and their attitude to work and the culture across the firm.
  • Long hours.
  • The pay is generally lower than market pay.
  • The uncertainty re rotations.
